Are you a seasoned mid-market business owner?
Are your company sales already $1m+ and ready for more success?
Are you ready to scale and grow your business to seven figures and beyond?

The help you needed to scale and grow from six to eight figures and beyond is very different from the help new business owners need to grow. What got you here, won't get you there!

TEMA introduces its latest interactive program for helping entrepreneurs and business owners take businesses from good to exceptional:

The TEMA Visionary Council

Vision and purpose take precedence over everything else:

Your vision tells clients and team members where you are going.
Your purpose reveals the WHY and the HOW.

Henry Ford, a true visionary once said: "If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses!"

TEMA believes that every business has the potential to be exceptional by leveraging its undiscovered, untapped, and unused resources and expertise. TEMA specializes in finding and unleashing this exceptional potential that leads to leads to growth in all areas of your business.

The potential for a business's greatness starts at the top.

Great leadership inspires greatness in others.

What's a Visionary?

The dictionary defines a visionary as someone who is having or showing clear ideas about what should happen or be done in the future. In today's technology driven world, leadership has evolved from Chief Executive to Chief Visionary, in order to build and sustain a growth-oriented business.

The TEMA Visionary Council helps business owners become leaders by developing their potential, and helping them confront and solve their most difficult challenges without fear or hesitation.

What is the TEMA Visionary Council?

It's an executive peer group made up of 5-10 entrepreneurs from different industries that meet monthly (from half day to full day) to discuss and solve the kind of pressing issues that are often too delicate to share inside the company.

What is the Purpose of TEMA Visionary Council?

Our mission is to offer open-minded business leaders a platform where they can come together to tackle their current challenges and develop a long-term business vision with trusted peers.

Who is an ideal candidate for the TEMA Visionary Council?

We are aware that the Visionary Council is not for everyone. Membership is by invitation only. We are seeking business leaders who want to take their company to the next level and are willing to participate and share, open to ideas from others, and willing to embrace change.

How does it work?

Each group consists of 5-10 members from non-competing industries. The members commit to meeting once a month (for between half and whole day, depending on the group size) to discuss and solve challenges and uncover opportunities in a confidential setting. (Each member is required to sign a non-disclosure agreement before they can join.) Each group is led by a councilor (facilitator), who is a seasoned entrepreneur and business owner whose job is not to make decisions, consult or coach, but to guide and keep the session on track and lead the group through our 3-step accountability process.

Step 1: Challenging the Answers = digging for the core issue.

Step 2: Potential Perspectives = sharing suggestions and ideas.

Step 3: Potential Preferences = selecting and committing to a set of suggestions.

Face-to-Face

Each council member meets with the councilor individually once or twice a month for a 1 to 2-hour session to discuss issues from the previous group meeting and determine if there are any new issues.

What's the purpose of the Group Councilor?

Each group's councilor is an experienced professional who has walked the path and experienced the challenges of growing a multi-million-dollar business. Their role is to lead, facilitate and mentor members at the monthly group meetings and at the one-to-one sessions. The councilor also keeps the group up to date with new business ideas, trends, changes, technology books and other useful learning tools in their respective industries. They also suggest and invite thought leaders to speak to the group on relevant topics.
