Karl is a graduate of Stafford College of Art & Design, England where he majored in fashion design. After just a few years of “corporate life” he decided that running his own business was the only way forward. A serial entrepreneur, Karl created and sold four multi-million dollar businesses by the age of 40.

Third Eye Management was founded in England in 1988. What began as a passion to help people and businesses has grown into his mission to guide individuals and organizations along their path to success. Karl has advised individuals and organizations to achieve growth, build aligned teams and recession-proof their businesses transforming the quality of their life and their level of personal and professional fulfillment and has been recognized as one of the foremost authorities on bridging the G.A.P. (Growth, Automation & Profit) and turning ‘good little business’ into a great business, making him a “go to” expert.

Hailed as one of the new breed of business philosophers and a world renowned motivational speaker and mentor, Karl has documented and shared his principles and insights on management and leadership with thousands of people across 25 countries on six continents and conducted over 100,000 coaching sessions over thousands of hours to some of the most influential organizations in the world (both small and large). Karl is also one of the most dynamic speakers you will ever have at any event. He engages the audience with his passion and energy; and keeps the audiences on the edge of their seat. His content is original, profound and battle-tested…his stuff works!  If all that were not enough, he is also co-host of “Quit & Get Rich” - on G Team Radio, an internet business talk show syndicated on iHeart Radio and iTunes.

As a serial entrepreneur Karl is creative and commercially adept with a wide range of business experience including operational roles within large multi-site organisations, consultancy for major corporate clients, not-for- profit organizations and managing own companies. Karl has a proven history of managing within environments that requires marketing, development and communications to improve performance, productivity and profit.

His management style is accurately summarised as; ‘Very effective and considerate decision maker led by factual information but able to appreciate any emotional undercurrents. High level of control with notably well-developed leadership skills, preferring a participative team style but not dependent on them to make the decisions.

Effective communicator and motivator with a balanced level of creativity. Not affected under stress. Confident, responsible, conscientious, assertive, relaxed, adaptive and flexible.’

In 2002 he made Naples, Florida his home and in August 2008 he became a US Citizen. When he is not working he loves to fly hot air balloons, playing drums and collecting Beatles memorabilia.

TOM MATTHEWS

Tom Matthews has over 30 years of financial management and operational experience. He started his career in public accounting (as a CPA) then moved to industry. He honed his "big company" skills at the US division of Britain's largest travel tour operator. Not only was he responsible for all US financial reporting, he was also the finance liaison for development, installation and implementation of the largest computer reservations system in the United States.

While his public accounting time gave him experience in many industries, he has specialized in all aspects of real estate including property management, commercial real estate development and multi-family development, land improvement and development. He also has specialties in travel, small and medium sized manufacturing companies and retail.

Tom's best role is as a financial visionary. The role of today's new CFO has expanded into operations, IT, customer service and RD while still controlling finance. This unique positioning has made Tom invaluable at the companies with which he has worked. One of his most important roles is that of investor liaison. His knowledge, understanding and confidence are very important in maintaining great relationships with both banks and equity investors. And when there are bumps in the road, Tom is on the front line keeping the investors calm. This goes a long way to solving problems in times of crises.

"Running your own business is not easy. There are large and constant challenges. As a business owner, you are very good at handling most problems quickly and decisively.

But the one area this is always difficult for the CEO is finance. Am I making money? WHY IS MY CASH SO TIGHT? Why won't the bankers lend me money? Or more money?

I am here to help you solve your financial problems. The concept of a part time CFO has been around for decades but it is now gaining momentum because of the layers of regulations and financial problems that the CEO encounters every day. Your CPA firm has a specific role and it is not that of CFO. Your bookkeeper, accounting manager and controller do the work but they job is not to analyze the results and solve financial problems. And I am one of the most cost effective expenses of your company. You do not need my wisdom and skills 40 hours per week. I will be less expensive than your most junior employee but will provide value greater than anyone at your firm but you, the CEO.

This is the best job in the world because the more the CEO knows about me, the more confident he becomes in his own role and is able to grow his company much faster with much greater cash and profitability.

Why did I join Third Eye Management?" The answer is simple. I have to do the best job I can for you, the CEO. By myself, I am very good. With Third Eye I am great. Not only do you get me, you get the collective skills and experience of the Third Eye team. You will never come up with a problem that we cannot find a great solution to".

To know Tom is to like him. He and his wife Donna (his high school sweetheart) have three kids and one granddaughter. The entrepreneurial spirit demands that we work hard and we play hard. That is Tom's mantra for life. And the playing is extraordinary: scuba diving on the Great Barrier Reef, medical missions to South America and photographing the polar bears in the Arctic Circle. Never a dull moment. There is nothing better for Tom than sharing these experiences with family and friends. And don't be surprised when Tom and Donna invite you to their home for dinner. Both are extraordinary chefs and love to share with their friends.

Cheryl Lampard will be working with Third Eye's clients in the arena of style, image, visual and nonverbal communications. Her mission is to empower clients to discover a personal style that enhances self-image, instills confidence and to recognize that their image is their brand. Style does matter - it is important to know what to wear, how and when to wear it.

Research shows that not only does personal appearance have a direct bearing on an individual's confidence level, it dictates how individuals are perceived by others. A confident individual conveys a positive image to his or her colleagues and most importantly, to clients. In short, acknowledging that dressing to mean business, gives the edge over your competitors. The confusion that can arise by individuals not understanding how to dress appropriately and yet still represent the values and brand of an organization results in additional pressure in an already demanding business environment. Empowering our clients and their team members to gain a personal style that enhances their self-image creates benefits beyond those to just the individuals concerned. Quite simply, when people look good, they feel good! Better still, feeling good helps people project positivity and confidence, with studies showing that performance is increased when people feel positive and confident. Cheryl refers to this as "The Circle of Success".

As founder of Style Matters International, Cheryl and her team work as image advisors with businesses ranging from individuals through to Fortune 500 companies in the USA and UK. As consultant to captains of industry and young executives together with stars of stage and screen, her clients include HSBC, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Tiffany & Co., The Ritz Carlton and Right Management. With industry experience of over 35 years, she has a unique perspective and understanding of the importance of visual and verbal communication.
